The Nonprofit Health Index (NHI) affords organizations the opportunity to measure their organization's health based on adherence to best practices.  The assessment tool consists of 20 questions regarding operations, programming, finance, and human resources.
 
The results will be scored and indicate the amount of work your organization needs to do to be considered a high-achieving organization.
